Cool Tronics delivered on all promises. My wife and I built a home in Avalon and hired Bill and his company after a referral from our builder and a check of their references. Our entire home was wired for audio and visual systems, both inside and outside. Bill was patient and answered all my questions regarding complicated equipment selections. We’ve had zero issues with their work. One piece of equipment stopped working 6 months after installation due to a manufacturer defect and Cool Tronics replaced it within 48 hours with a new unit.
